Inclusive recreation has opened my mind to how we treat people when it comes to recreational activities. We are not always open to the idea of disabled people joining in on having fun or doing something to relax. Not in a million years have i thought of how we can include a disabled person during a recreational activity, it was always just the thought of they cant join in because they can't, but we haven't met them in the middle.
