My goal is to not die and continue living, as well as to breathe normally (optional) and to maintain the expected long-term blood pressure which does not deviate from the norm too excessively, thereby avoiding medical crisis which would in turn grant me the likelihood achieving the goal...(and also to learn stuff I am interested in).
